Netease.com (NASDAQ:NTES) to Launch WoW Closed Beta on July 30

Netease.com (NASDAQ:NTES) will launch the closed beta of World of Warcraft (WoW) in China on July 30, reports Xinhuanet.com after an interview with officials from GAPP, a regulatory agency for online games in China.
This closed beta was granted to Netease.com by GAPP. According to GAPP's requirements, the beta will be free of charge, and it will be limited to players who already own a WoW account. Registrations of new accounts are not permitted during the beta.
GAPP has finished reviewing the content of WoW, and its suggested revisions was sent to Blizzard, the game's developer, on July 19. Blizzard is currently revising WoW according to GAPP's suggestions.
